Matt and the whole crew at Shelter did a great job on our roof. The whole process was very easy and the roof itself looks stunning.

Used Shelter Construction for new roof and they did a great job. I also used them for window plugging up 2 windows & residing for our kitchen remodel. They did a pretty good job,but had them come back to level out the drywall; which they did with no problem (turns out it was not in the original bid, but they did it for me any ways). They are all very easy to work with and I would use them again if needed.

We used Shelter to replace our carpet in the basement after we had to clean up some water damage. Matt was great and gave us all the information we needed, updates whenever things changed and checked in on the progress of the job a couple times to make sure it was getting done right. We will be using their services again for future projects!

I was satisfied with all phses of my basement finishing except for the ceramic tile on basement floor which was acceptable.

While trying to drive my two boys home, a worker for this company decided they were better then everyone else and took the shoulder. I went to get in the turn lane and was welcomed by his big truck zooming past me. Thanks for driving your company truck so I know who not to use ever!

They were very responsive and professional. I had a lot of questions and they were more than happy to answer them. Everything was conducted in a timely manner and they did a nice job on my roof.

They brought an amazing team of 8 people who efficiently worked together like a well-oiled machine as they removed our old roof, expertly assembled a new one, and thoroughly cleaned up the area. If I was the owner of Shelter Construction, I would be very proud of this crew and very pleased to have them represent my company. As a homeowner who appreciates the extra touches that might seem invisible and certainly could be ignored as a way to cut costs, the Shelter Construction crew we had spent time and energy doing all the obvious things well but also doing the little things well. They carefully replaced the flashing around our chimney and repaired plywood sheets that needed it. They also did lots of work to replace, repair, and caulk pipe and ridge vents. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to neighbors.

I appreciate that Shelter Construction was patient and accommodating with covid schedules, kids and the unforeseen circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any of their construction needs.

Shelter has replaced two roofs on our home as a result of storm damage. Both times, the crew did a great job, finished on time and cleaned up the area when they were done. There was a breakdown in communication between our salesman and me regarding the gutter screens. I became frustrated that he wasn’t returning my messages so I called Shelter’s office. Karen, the delightful young lady that answered the phone, was understanding and very helpful. She put me in contact with Matt Godin. Matt and I talked about the issue with the screens and set up an appointment for him to come to the house and check them out. As it turned out, he was the Project Manager for both of our roof replacements so was familiar with the job. I told him the conversation I had with the salesman, who is no longer with the company. He said he would come up with a solution and get back to me. He called about two hours later and said he would come out the following Friday and replace the screens himself. Karen and Matt are two fine examples of customer service. A dying art. Both of them are delightful and professional. Very fun people to work with. If our roof ever needs replacing, I will for sure call Shelter.

This group is as Professional as it gets. They are polite, communicate well and get the job done and on time. When they scheduled our roof and repair job I was a bit hesitant since Construction companies can be so flaky...not these guys, they showed up early and the results look great. Plus they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They dealt with the Insurance company too and it all just went so smooth. You would be wise to call Shelter when you want Pros to get the job done and done well. Very happy.
