The Work At Hand
- Generate your own sales and customer relations through door knocking, networking, referrals, and relationship development
- Maintain best practices and compliance standards required per job file
- Set up complimentary property inspections for our company to determine insurance claim qualification.
- Work with homeowners to educate them on the process, monitor the job and serve as liaison between them and their insurance company.
- Proactively communicate internally with the production team and with customers to ensure an industry leading level of customer service.
- Maintain and utilize our CRM (Customer Resource Management)
- Provide clients with the highest level of customer service
- Follow all Shelter Construction sales processes and guidelines
The Work At Hand
- Generate new business by phone canvassing from qualified lists, running company generated leads, and participating in company lead campaigns
- Maintain best practices and compliance standards required per job file

- Work with homeowners to educate them on the claim process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.
